Hal Fischer is Co-Founder and Chief Marketing Officer of PrepChamps, the premier online social recruiting community for high school sports that helps athletes improve their chances of getting recognized and recruited by colleges. Athletes on PrepChamps.com showcase their talents by creating online profiles, posting statistics, sports photos and game highlight videos.

Hal is an accomplished entrepreneur with several successful start-ups under his belt. Prior to PrepChamps, he was the Founder and CEO of MilitaryStars, which he led to become the largest military career fair company in the nation, as well as a Partner at Orion International, the nation's largest military recruiting firm. Hal’s other companies include YoJobster, an online high school and college job board and vhibit Software, a virtual events company.

Hal has a passion for sports and helping athletes -- back in late 80’s he spent 3 years playing Quarterback in The British American Football League (BAFL), the United Kingdom's primary American Football league. He is also a proud veteran of the United States Air Force where he served his country for 10 years in positions as an Information Manager, Personal Specialist and Military Recruiter.
